Very tricky bug with Basil, it seems once you purchase a new recipe from him, that recipe becomes hidden from you "forever". As in if you visited him in a future run and the recipe was available to your teammates, you still will not be able to see it.

Most people would not notice the bug and just assume they are having bad luck with finding the same recipe again. Only reason I realized something was not right was due to a teammate mentioning the availability of a recipe that I had already sold on the Auction house, but I was the only one in the group who couldn't see it.
