Is it me or is the Leviathan Blade/Cold Iron Vanquisher range shorter than the Brandish line?

Levi Blade will show no sign
Levi Blade will show no sign of dmg SOMETIMES on the third swing. Other times will show dmg. So under right conditions, it will dmg on the third swing like enemy heads into the swing, or backed in a wall and comboed. However, in an empty area, the third swing will not dmg the enemy from time to time. I did test the range by doing two swings, and shield cancel. The shield cancelling showed that the third swing is just a bug.
Levi Blade at max Attack Speed Increase would not change the experiment.

Are you sure you aren't just slightly in the wrong position? I have never noticed a difference in range between the two sword types. Try replicating it with Brandishes and see if you get different results.

All swords do that, all attacks after the first swing are behind where they should be, so the final swing has much shorter range on all swords, except for the rocket hammer, that doesn't have that problem

I go point blank after the
I go point blank after the enemy finishes their attack and use its combo. I've tested with the brandish line and the sealed line. I've discovered that if you were to carry your combo to the side of an enemy, it would still show dmg. For example, you use a Combuster on a jelly and you only used the combo forward while the jelly is just to the upper right of you, you would still hit the jelly as if you swung really wide. on the Leviathan Blade, you HAVE to be facing them to hit them. So the other swords hit their facing surroundings. To the point, other swords have a wider range than the Leviathan Blade

Oh, you meant the width of the swing
I thought you were talking about how far it can hit things from, which is what range is usually used to describe

Both actually, I just now noted the width. The range is either a bug or significantly shorter then the brandish line
I haven't tested recently, but I have tested in the past. Brandishes do not have long range at all. If Levi/CIV had shorter range, it would be quite surprising. Let me know if you run some test that confirms your suspicion.
