Not if you delete your knight. :P
OP: Just in case you don't know, your Steam account shares its inventory with Spiral Knights, so everything you own in Spiral Knights can be found there. However, I do think that there is a way to make the Steam Inventory private, if you don't want everyone seeing stuff in your Steam inventory...I just don't know how. :S

Private/Deleting Inventory
Adding into @autofire, it should be under your profile settings somewhere.
About the OP, your Steam and Spiral Knights accounts are tied together. If you sell something in Spiral Knights, it disappears from the Steam Inv. If you want everything gone, well, you'll need to delete the knight from the login screen.

I download game and remove my character. After deleted Spiral knights ınventory tab on Steam. Thank You..
You can't delete items through steam, you need to log in and sell/give away, whatever your stuff.
Do note that some items, such as the proto stuff and minerals cannot be sold, those will stick with your account for eternity.
