If you want to complain about a player, then complain to Three Rings. If I recall correctly, you can do this through the help menu (? in your lower-left corner) or by clicking on the knight and choosing from the drop-down menu there.

Calling out players on the forums ("naming and shaming") is against the rules of the game. So please move this thread to the Graveyard (by editing the original post and choosing that forum from the drop-down menu).
