I'm not fond of the wolver caps, but I wouldn't say that Valkyrie Helm looks very good either. Have you considered divine veil? It looks pretty decent with Skolver, IIRC.

Here are some other divine themed choices:
The Sacred Grizzly Sentinel helm is nice, provides buffs for a moderately defensive hybrid set and looks quite nice http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Sacred_Grizzly_Sentinel_Helm
The Sacred Grizzle Ghost helm also provides some nice gun buffs for a hybrid set but focuses more on killing undeads. It is frosty themed so it would be good to invest in both frosty and divine accessories for this costume. http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Sacred_Grizzly_Ghost_Helm

The Divine veil can round out your defenses and provide numerous status resists but I'm not sold on costume value due to the blue highlights it has.

My personal favorite is the Almirian crusader helm. While it isn't much more than a sidegrade of Cobalt helm it looks great on Skolver due to the fact that the Fur on the back of the helm fits with the fur on the Skolver's collar.

I agree that Skolver (and Vog Cub, and Snarbolax) are beautiful armors whose beauty can no longer be appreciated because they are so common.
Because Skolver has fur, it mixes strangely with other pieces. Skolver with a gunslinger helmet or chapeau looks like a pimp to me. Skolver with a kat helmet looks like a wild animal.
Do you have the Halloween costume helmets? The Frankenzorn and Spookat helmets look good with Skolver, I think. Good luck.

If you go after those helmet costumes you would need to get some appropriately colored accessories to make these mix better.
Heavy Themed for the Frankenzom and Fancy Themed for the Spookat
The other two helmet costumes are:
Scarab Mask (Dusky Themed)
Phantom Mask (Volcanic Themed)
All these accessory colors are fairly cheap to get except for Volcanic
It should also be pointed out that none of these Costume Helmets can be accessorized so you could only use Armor accessories

Does anyone know what armor would look nice with Valkyrie helm? I really like the look of it, and I'm thinking of what would go well with it since you all don't seem to recommend putting it with skolver.
Also, what accessories would fit with valkyrie?

Radiant Silvermail's model is aesthetically quite compatible, although the colors may clash.
Any plate armor might work. Like Valkyrie Helm it looks like, you know, armor.
I'm a big fan of the 2-, 3-, and 4-star jelly armors. And similarly Mercurial.
Probably my ideas are not great, so I'll stop now. Good luck.

Deadshot looks nice with Valkyrie helm. There are also a large number of promotional items etc. out there to choose from, and I try to look through the affordable ones whenever those come out, so that I can build unique and interesting costumes over time.

Hm... it does look like it would fit with Valkyrie helm. Thanks! I'll take it into consideration.
Though I thought of something. Would crown of the fallen look nice with Chaos Cloak(since I already have chaos cloak)? I don't think valkyrie helm would fit due to the colors, but I'm not really sure.
skolver looks ugly.. if you wear it in haven, makes you look like all you do is play LD.
The coat's alright with something else though. Go with that and valkyrie.
