Were you rolling UV's at Punch? What UV were you trying to aim for on what item?
If you had 4 million crowns to burn why didn't you just buy the item you wanted from someone else?
In any case, NEVER ROLL UV'S. OOO put in the biggest no brain noob scam gambling addiction for a reason: because you not guaranteed to get what you want. Statistically you could get something eventually, but the chance for error is the price you pay. Don't do this.
But then who can blame you? UV's are a one off that are luck based, not skill based or time based. If you don't have the money or the UV doesn't exist on the item you're looking for the game system has failed you.
It shouldn't take 3 years to find a poison max plate helm. (someone in game offered one to me though at 6KE - shameful display)

I have gotten max and v high uvs before and they were like a max uv after every 4 tries or so or an asi v high uv every 7 tries but thi I just bullcrap I wasted all my cd n now I'm broke

If time is not a problem, then you should only roll for 2nd or 3rd uvs, it will be cheaper to get the uv-s you want that way - speaking from experience... - even if you have to wait long times to get them.

There is nothing wrong with the servers, all UVs are based on chance. You likely just had better luck before, but were having terrible luck today.
If you're looking for the chance percentages for UVs, here's the UV page on the wiki. Simply scroll down to the percentage chance part of the page to see what you're getting yourself into with every new roll.

I rolled today and got asi med in 2 rolls, so I would have to assume you have some terrible luck

Then that one time I got CTR: high but rolled over it because blasters aren't made for CTR. :(

The only UVs I got were low not a single med
