The RNG Deity is Vog. Take this Wild Hunting Blade, go to D26.
Dreams and Nightmares is great for Radiants. Even on normal (elite with up to 50-60 Swarm monsters in a single arena, at once? *shudder*) I collected about 23 radiants from the treasure boxes at then end.
Elite probably doesn't turn your armor into wet tissue paper and your weapons into wooden sticks and Nerf guns, and turn the monsters into Space Marine Dreadnoughts. On the other hand, it might.
