Monthly/Iron Lockboxes: 1% for something worthwhile. So sell it on eBay.
Promotional Just boxes: One Thingy and some Confetti. I think.
The Lockboxes that I've seen only have one accessory in each of them. Promos vary. Usually a promo box will have one item of worth and maybe some additional consumables.
