Question about Basil and difficulty setting

Does the party's difficulty setting (Normal, Advanced, Elite) change anything about the recipes Basil has at his floors in the Arcade? For example, the number of recipes he has, the rarity, etc.

I have never seen a data set on this question, but I have never heard anyone ponder it either. I doubt it. Cheers.
