So im on the mission where you have to craft 3* items and go to the hall of heroes. The problem is I may have fed the items needed to craft that stuff to my sprite (drakon). Is there any way to get those items back? If not where can I get those items again?

It depends. Which items are you talking about?
Usually players use the word "item" to refer to something equippable: weapons, armor, trinkets, etc. But you don't feed that stuff to your sprite. You feed it materials. So you're probably talking about materials. But which ones?
The short answer is: Go into the Clockworks (via missions or the Arcade), kill monsters, open treasure boxes, and see what you get.
The longer answer is: Go to the wiki, search for the materials you need, and focus on areas of the Clockworks that give those materials.

I need 1 unstable core, 6
I need 1 unstable core, 6 bronze bolts, 2 gremlin gizmo, 3 fine fabric, 2 iron gear, and 31 blue shards. The blue shards I can just collect in missions. The others would be harder to replace. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Stand in Haven, asking other knights to sell them to you?
See whether Brinks sells them for tokens (in the Bazaar) and whether you have those tokens?

You can get the other stuff from missions/clockworks too. They're just common drops. Think most of them are gremlin/construct drops but you can look them up on the wiki to be sure.

Like, what items did you feed? Materials? Or armor, etc.
If it's materials it's easy to get some more by running or even just buying or asking your guild for assistance. If it's orbs then you lost the most valuable thing. But seriously, we can't help unless we know what items you wasted.
