it doesnt, wolvers just bite
alphas bite 3 times, which still doesnt fit
with a flourish you swing, lunge a few times, then swing again

Um.
Wolver gear buffing swords makes more sense lore-wise, regarding how wolvers only attack through biting, or you know, melee.
But potentially chromalisks hunt jellies in the wild? I mean, jellies look an awful lot like they're for eatin', and with chromalisks probably not being carnivores, the options are either plant, bug, or weird gooey alien that tastes like strawberry.
they dont have anything against slimes, its just how OOO made it
