The Spiral Order needs to utilize Battlepods for its own forces, and establish an outer perimeter (or wall, if you're so minded) for Haven, reinforced with said battlepods.
Technically, the Gremlins WILL be the ones paying for it due to the fact that Battlepods are in themselves Gremlin-produced technology.
Someone tell me how this could possibly be a bad idea

Although the facility at OCH was destroyed when beating Seerus, it may be possible to repair it and put to use the Battlepod assembly line. Many of these battlepods can be seen at the end elevator.
And get the gremlins to pay for it?
