I'll give you the same answer I give anyone who asks when an event is returning.
Go to the Spiral Knights wiki and find the page for the event. It contains a calendar, listing when the event has occurred in the past. Try to extrapolate from this information.
But Grey Havens might be cycling through events at a faster rate than Three Rings did. So you might want to adjust your extrapolation.
The players on this forum don't have any secret information that you don't have. So, unless Grey Havens chimes in, that's all there is.
