You are not the only one experiencing issues right now, so please be patient and they will get to you as soon as possible. The quickest way to get support would be to contact support in-game by clicking the "?" button in the top-left corner of the screen.
This is what happened to me when I bidded for a recipe. Now I lost 6000 crowns. I posted the bug too, but they don't seem to help us.
