I made a support ticket to spiral knights, they replied asked for details, I told them the details.
That was 8 days ago and they haven't replied are the emails bugged? are they not receiving them?

Email support from https://www.spiralknights.com/support/ may not work, but requests do. You can also use support@spiralknights.com to send them mail directly.
