So I just recently got back into the game and I converted my account to steam and I just realized all my leftover energies are gone........ Is that normal or an issue with the conversion? If it's supposed to be like that then does that mean I lost all those energy?

Energy is attached to an account, which is why steam conversions cannot be undone (otherwise duplicate energy would be made). I would recommend contacting support about this, as it should transfer with you.
