Is VH the best you can do, or do these go to Max?

my friend recently started playing
and she's asking questions and I want to make sure my answers are correct
So... There are 6 stages of stats for damage, ctr and asi that all use the same statistics.
1=low
2=med
3=high
4=very high
5=ultra
6=max
UVs on weapons go from low to very high.
Weapons get +2 ctr = "med" from being heated.
A weapon with "very high" CTR that is fully heated will therefore have "max"
A weapon with "very high" ASI that is fully heated will therefore have "very high" and NOT "max" and would need some help from a trinket, armor, etc.
I feel like you should know these things by now mawa.. it's like... SpiralKnights 101
