Neutralizer is also mechanically a broken weapon that isn't going to be "fixed" with one line of code. If they're going to fix it, I'd rather they do it correctly, and really take the time to write more than your single line.
The neutralizer is dealing damage as intended, the shadow one is bugged and needs a nerf
