Seems to have started yesterday.
Any attempt to walk west from haven into the Bazaar is met with an all black screen instead of the loading screen. Also it never eventually works.
I can press esc and logout/back in and I'm back.
Seems I'm not the only one on steam with this issue( https://steamcommunity.com/app/99900/discussions/0/591756872987546023 ) and those in-game can confirm it as well, offering advice such as starting the "lets go shopping" rank mission to get there, but that doesn't work for me either(same black screen).
