I seem to be missing the recipes to craft lower-tier Fire Crystals. All I have are the recipes for Glowing and Shining. Resubmitted the missions that I'm supposed to get those recipes from and... nothing. At a loss here. Is there anywhere I can buy those recipes from? Auction House was a no-go and there's nowhere on the wiki mentioning alternatives

Nope. You can't get those anywhere aside from the one mission reward that grants them.
You're missing them because you finished those missions before they rewarded those recipes, and then didn't log in to claim them from your mail after the update that added them, before that mail was deleted.
You'd need direct assistance from a Game Master to acquire them.
I wonder how many people were affected by this.
