With the drastic increase in player numbers lately, I thought it'd be nice to create this service so that people can get one of the best bombs in the game without grinding PvP. If you are interested, below are some instructions and expectations you can expect for the process. Enjoy!

Price:
- 4600 energy. This price covers unbind fee (4000 energy), Advanced Orbs (200 energy), and Elite Orbs (400 energy). I will not charge you for materials, servicing time, crystals, or Eternal Orbs. If you would like to leave a tip, that is much appreciated but definitely not required.
- All Electron Vortexes after the first one will be 6500 energy each. This service is to help newbies get themselves situated, not for people to make a quick buck. If I'm creating more than one, I will assume that you're using it for resale purposes, in which case, you will pay the tax.

Instructions:
- Please send Manlet an in-game mail asking for the service and he will get to you as soon as available. This usually happens within 24 hours, however, certain circumstances could delay response times. Please be patient.
- Creation of the bombs will only start once you have verified that you have the required energy for production. Failure to honor this agreement by the time of completion will end the service entirely. Respect my time the way I am respecting yours.
- There are two methods that you can use to pay - mail Manlet the energy before creation or pay through trade after completion. The mail option will ensure that the bomb reaches you as fast as possible. The other option will require us to schedule a meeting. Do whatever is most comfortable for you.

Expectations:
- The full Electron Vortex takes roughly 60-90 minutes to fully craft, depending on how well double leveling on the forge goes.
- Manlet will only craft 1-2, maybe 3, Electron Vortexes per day. Please be patient if there is a wait list.
- Expect your Electron Vortex to be UVless or to have a bad UV.
- If you have a lower evolution of Electron Vortex with a certain UV on it that you'd like to upgrade to an Electron Vortex, Manlet can heat it for you at no extra charge. This is at user's discretion as it does require a fair bit of trust.

Extra Information
- I will refuse service if you are not at least a Defender Elite.
- Placing orders for someone else is not allowed. Have them mail me.
- Manlet does not have access to other PvP-specific recipes. This is an Electron Vortex only service.
- Manlet lives in CST time zone. Keep that in mind if you're trying to reach me.
- If you get unfriended, it's not personal. My friends list is constantly at maximum capacity and I'll need room for new customers.
