As you may notice, a buyout auction is only mentioned as a secondary form of auction. Just because you're used to seeing buyouts or you're impatient doesn't mean that a buyout is at all a necessary piece of an auction.

Starting bid is listed in the first post as 15k and is listed as being held by Merchanter. Not sure why that wasn't clear. Since then there have been higher bids, so an argument for a starting bid is really a moot point anyway.

Time frame is stated as 72 hours, again, not sure why that isn't clear. I haven't yet had a complaint about that so I'm guessing everyone else just knows how to read timestamps on posts. However, in order to satisfy your sloth I'm adding a generic countdown link.
