its none of that but ban. i just got off from temporary ban - spamming today. then after playing 3 hours while talking in Guild chat ( I TALKED TWICE ASKING IF ANYBODY WANTED RECIPE) then suddenly i get another temporary ban for spamming until 4th of july. this is GM abuse. i am soo mad about this. i didnt get any "your voice ...." warnings then this happned. i mean i did get "your voice .." in trade chat by accident, gms would know because "your voice .." wasnt like for example

That is spam doing continusly. but i only got two of that warning on trade chat cuz i thought 30secs has been or w.e the time limit to talk again.
kinda abusing their power to ban people. i mean i highly doubt any other people care when other ppl spam cuz if they are they will be getting "your voice" so they cant relly see ppl spamming.
this is unfair.

i just want GM to look into this problem. i am pretty sure they made a mistake. oh and i think GM was in Guild called "legends of Hell" i got invited. i joined then i asked if anyone needed recipe twice. once to reply so like most people do. ask for 2nd time. then BAM ! got temporary ban for spamming.
i am pretty sure in that guild was short tempered GM who cant tolerate people. personally "IF" that is the case i think you should reconsider his/her place as GM

To be 100% honest...
I totally believe if you were spamming you deserve to be banned. Spamming is one of the most annoying things anyone can do in ANY chat situation, and I for one am glad to see the GMs banning people for it.
I hate having to mute 100 people as I walk into Haven because they all wanna spam. Say it once, wait a minute or 2, say it again, no response, wait a few more minutes, odds are in Haven/Arcade/Baazar that the same people are still in the area, and IF they missed it the first time, the 2nd time they will see it, you do not need to make sure the whole world sees what you are saying.
Also on a side note, thats why I left the trade room, it was a constant spamfest and I have no need for that.

E-mailing support was probably a good decision; posting about it on the forum, not so much. Matters like this are best settled in private, whether there is GM abuse (in which case that will likely be handled behind the scenes as well), or not (in which case you simply come out that worse off).
....that being said, I think you're getting the wrong impression here...I don't know if bans for spamming are automated or not, but I'm pretty sure it's not like you seem to be thinking.

i just asked for help and and i explained to nearo.
i simply dont get why i got another temp ban - spamming after
2 x voice hoarsed & 2 x asking guild if they wanted to buy recipe
then bam banned.
i am pretty sure you would be some what mad if that happend to you.

I'm a little skeptical that you're entirely truthful in that you weren't spamming. There are hundreds of people doing this everyday, I highly doubt they're just picking on you. However I don't have proof of whether or not you were.
Just wait to hear back from the GM's.
This also depends on this, how many times and how quickly do you need to say something to get a warning? If you got 2 of them, that may or may not constitute some action.

i get done for spamming.
i got banned for whole week after 3 hours of playing AFTER i just got off on my previous ban.
Nah "How many times" doesnt get you done for spamming but its ignoring the warnings and continusly copy and pasting. told by GMs

Per the forum guidelines,
Per the forum guidelines, please do not use the forum as a place to appeal a GM action. The GMs do not check in here as regularly as they do the report and support email queues, so your best bet is sitting tight and waiting for a reply to your email. You will typically get one within 24 hours.
if it's a bug, there's a bug forum, if scammed, reporting, etc.
I hope your problem is resolved though.
