I don't intend this to be a begging thread, but I am only a few days into this game, with about 5000cr so far. I've made it to tier-2 today, and have also just begun making recipes, however, a days' worth of energy does not go far when trying to craft and gather materials.... >_<
I would love to keep going, and keep crafting to try and make more $$$ but as it stands I simply need more energy!
Once I begin to make some crowns I'm sure I'll be able to afford the 5,400cr pricetag for 100 energy, but that's really about impossible right now.....

Is anyone selling newbie-priced energy out there?? My ingame name is LittleDende.

Thanks a lot!

P.S. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I don't think you'll find

I don't think you'll find anyone willing to sell energy at a loss, but I can give you some money making tips.

The spiral knights wiki is your friend. When I was new I would go to the wiki and look up what recipes a material was used in. If it wasn't something I was going to need for myself I'd sell it to other players. This is all easier with our fancy new AH.

Vatel and Basil will also become your best friends. Vatel in the bazaar has a randomly generated list of recipes for sale every day. You can and should buy his useful recipes and sell them on the AH every single day. The high demand recipes like owlite, wolver, cutter, brandish, etc will bring in a nice profit for you. Search for your recipe, filter to see the lowest price, and beat it.

Basil runs are also tremendously profitable. Do the same with his recipes as you would Vatel's. A good basil run can end up earning you several hundred energy in profit, for only a 40 energy investment.

If there's ever a day you aren't going to have time to spend your mist energy going down into the clockworks be sure to craft a couple 2* items and sell them on the AH. Energy is the most expensive component of crafting, so you might as well profit off your free, regenerating mist energy if you're not going to use it adventuring.

Good luck :)

Thanks for the advice! I had

Thanks for the advice! I had never thought of buying and selling recipes, just selling things I had made, so this may pay off easier.
Thanks!
