ruggerking, they are the easiest bomb to craft, they cost nearly nothing, most people use alts to make them so they cost literally nothing but materials, they flood the market constantly, there is like 5-10 VH Hazes made a day by watching the bazaar, trade, and AH -- they are not SUPER RARE, they are just very useful (anyone notice all the UV seem to becomining more common than they were a week or two ago?)
if people pay more than 9k for a VH Haze now they are just lazy or dont care about their CE, you can get one for 5-6k with patience, or cheaper..

if u did then i guess your knowledge for the market is not fantastic?
vh ctr haze bomb price range from 10k-15k. due to new players who gotten it by sheer luck and did not know the price of it, result selling it to lucky veterans at a low price of even 5kCE which happen 1-2 weeks back.
Do not use 1 case and judge the price of ctr vh haze bomb when i can extract more then 10cases of ctr vh haze bomb sold at 10k or more.
If you cannot afford it and intend to look for some new players selling it, then by all means, go and wait. every post i see, i will advise them the selling price and starting bid accordingly.
*** P.S. i spent 8kCE to craft 1 vh haze bomb. so do not tell me it is easy to craft dude.

While it is true that VH CTR
While it is true that VH CTR haze's do not share the rarity of the same UV on say, a calibur, but they are still rare. To say they are crafted 5-10 a day would be a gross overstatement. The scale is more close to about 1 every 10 days or so; this is still a very rough estimation.

@halifix the recent nerf really has made them much less effective than before. Smaller radius, shorter duration, I still carry one with me, but definitely not as fun as before.
