I've always thought you could get Maximum IAS even though you couldn't get it with a UV. For example, Vog set equals Medium + Medium IAS, which is Very High. Wouldn't a Med IAS UV then give it Maximum IAS? Or does it cap at Very High? Wiki claims it caps at Very High but I've also heard that thats not how it works with UV's. I've got the full Vog set and I'm thinking about getting a med IAS Nightblade, but would be pointless if I cant get more IAS then the VH from the Vog Set.
