That's definitely a message I got for a Java/Vid Driver problem.
For 64-bit Windows I can confirm that the most recent Java update (whatever that was back in October) and 965 Express driver version 7.15.0010.1666 works.
Also, looks like your using Win 7 Release To Manufacturing build. That's not something you can buy or has any official support from anybody. Otherwise your Windows 7 would be asking to update to SP1.

Naw, I didn't mean to sound like that. It should play on any version of Windows.
Try the last version Graphics Driver Intel released for your system (8.15.10.1930). You've got 8.15.10.1749, seems like a small difference but that could be it.
Since you didn't mention it.... Did you update java?
