[48hr Auction] Bill's Hat (for TF2) *<15 hrs left*

I have been through the Forum Rules and Terms of Service over 3 times each and could not find anything that would prevent such kinds of trading. The closest I could find was 7-8 in the TOS that only refers to auctioning game goods for real money (and a Bill's Hat isn't real money, as far as I'm aware?). If this auction does violate any of Spiral Knights'/Three Rings' terms anywhere, please show/tell me so I'm not doing something against the rules. I would like more CE, but not at the cost of losing my account or something. Thanks!
From the Spiral Knights GMs: That section of the Terms of Service states that we prohibit players from bartering their accounts or any in-game items "for real money on auction sites or otherwise." You should consider the "otherwise" to give us some elbow room to state that trading TF2 hats for CE is also not allowed. Sorry, but all trades of this nature are extremely risky and they can blow up with legal ramifications, so we can't allow them.

Huh? The Bill's Hat is not an item in Spiral Knights, so it wouldn't be bound. Unless you're referring to it being non-tradable in TF2, like the Spiral Sallet, but that only applies to promotional items that are gained through achievements. In the case of Bill's Hat, it was simply added for pre-ordering Left 4 Dead 2, and thus can be traded. I hope that answers the question?

I'm just asking, but wouldn't it be auto bound and cannot unbind it?
