I know, I usually do kick em,

My Idea Was This
We dont have to kick them
They get auto-kicked if they go idle for over 5 minutes
Instead of the player going to the lobby send them to the same place you are at *when you kick someone they go to the same dungeon just alone*. Just do that hey if they die that blows for them, but its there fault they went idle should of just left.
