Him trying to sell it in trade for awhile today, but we cant tell which story is true. Why dont you meet up and then trade the recipe back to him and he can find a different person to sell it to. This is ridicoulous, next time dont press confirm because 3/4 you will get it taken away from you.

Struxx you lose...sorry IMO you completed your side of the transaction when you pressed the Confirm button. The only thing you deserve is what 8pichu8 gives you out of the kindness of his heart.
You essentially handed someone on the street $100 bill and then called the cops and told them that they stole it from you.

While I agree that struxx is stupid to click the Confirm button without actually "confirming", what they had was a "verbal agreement" to trade recipe for 25k crowns.
Negligence on struxx's part is no excuse for pichu NOT to pay up after receiving the recipe. What you are saying is more like: "Since OOO already has a chat filter in place, It is okay for us to curse & swear in-game as long as the words can get pass the filter."
Well, one look at some of the "I was banned" threads will tell you otherwise....
In this case, OOO has a policy against "scamming" & pichu has "scammed" struxx by refusing to pay. A complain ought to be filed & OOO can then decide whether "misuse of in-game trade interface" constitutes a valid excuse.
Besides, I find the evidence "stacked" against pichu since he did not take a picture of the "Mail Sent!" message when you actually send a mail & he claimed to have logout to upload pictures when he could have done so using the "steam overlay" while in-game.
