If I had a sealed sword with no uv, would I get a uv for sure if I pay Punch 15000 for a uv ticket?
Would the uv disappear after I unbind the sealed sword???

Yes, you would FOR SURE get a random UV if you pay Punch for a ticket.
No, the UV would NOT disappear if you unbind the sword.
