Yesterday I bought an item (Elemental hood recipe) and now go into the game with an email saying the purchase had been made and successfully pressed the accept and delete the e-mail.
But what happened and that the item did not appear and the money spent either.
I wonder if I could help this problem.

Go into your inventory and look under the Recipes category. Your purchased recipe should reside there. Clicking on it will allow you to learn it, or you can sell or trade it.
