Shields are deequiped when you return to Haven from Lockdown. Attempting PVE without a shield equip prevents you from bringing up the shield at all. From what I can tell, all players experience this.

I have experienced the same issue after every lock down i've played as well, and forgetting to equip then going into the clockworks can be very hazardous. Would like to see it reequip the last shield you had equipped before entering lock down. Thanks
It seems like this has a somewhat random chance of happening. I'm thinking it might happen if you don't change your class in Lockdown, because I know it has happened to me and it didn't the last time I played when I did change class.
