It's happening with me again and a friend again, where the client claims it cannot authenticate with steam. Hoping other folks can confirm this same issue.

Steam is having problems. It is not an issue with Spiral Knights. Have you checked to see if Steam has a connection?
Yup, same here. Exact same bug as two days ago. Tried the steps to remedy as usual (log out, restart computer, switch computer, etc. etc.) and having the same steam authentication bug. So apparently it was not fixed.
