Is there anyone who has had a similar problem maybe there's something i overlooked, maybe something with windows i may not be letting steam do something
i have enable steam in game community checked...
purchasing energy on steam tutorials dont help

Are you sure you have money in your 'Steam Wallet'? If not, that's the problem.
