chris' is offering a great deal, in case you care. I had two vh ctr sealed swords. I sold one for 31k plus a vh ctr wrench wand (b/c its fun :)
my other one isn't for sell. i mean, if somebody offered me 40k for it, i'd probably part with it. But i certainly wouldn't sell it for 32k.

with sealeds going at around 20k for VH ctr I think I will take my chances.
40k is very overvalued for just CTR VH, if it was that guy with a CTR VH and attack speed med double UV, then yeah but simple CTR VH isn't that valuable.
