cant get on test server

When I try to get on testing server it says its not open to public. I went on it the day right before so I don't know what to do.

It's not letting me access it either.

Pretty sure I'm eligible to test it seeing as how I bought CE just the other day to fund my Lockbox-opening spree, so... maybe they just haven't put it up yet?

I got an email WHILE playing

I got an email WHILE playing and it said test servers open so I went to check three minutes later and nothing.
