So I have an Accessory, and a four star helmet. If I were to attach the accessory to the helmet, then later upgrade the helmet to five star, would the accessory be destroyed?

if the helm you upgrade it to doesn't have a slot for it, it will be destroyed. however if not, it'll stay. but there should be a warning message if the accessory will be destroyed.
