Can't set up both Mecha Wings and Bolted Vee on a Volcanic Demo Helm

I've checked up a spiral wiki before trying to do it:
http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Volcanic_Demo_Helm it has Front, Side, Top and Back slots for accessories

First I've put on mecha wings and NPC says me now that I already have a top accessorize when I'm trying to put on Bolted Vee.
But If u'll look here http://media.spiralknights.com/wiki-images/f/ff/Toasty_Mecha_Wings-Equip... that guy could do it o_O
