When i always open the launcher the game always downloading...
is this normal? or i have some problems. please me help, so i can test this game.
I'm new in here.

Go into the SK folder and
Go into the SK folder and look for the launcher.log file. I'm willing to bet its stuck in a loop on digest.txt.
The initial download of the game is usually about half of the needed files. Once you enter the Rescue Camp the game will download the rest of the needed data. Once that is done the game will only download if an update has been released.
