I have gotten two instances now where I didn't get a prize wheel after completing a depth. Last time it was in a depth somewhat close to the top, t2/t3, and this time it was in the second depth of t3 (a Dark City).

Same thing happened to me
Same thing happened to me yesterday, did about 50 depths and on one of them the prize wheel did not appear.

I may have gotten my first
I may have gotten my first skip before that patch was released, but I got the second skip only last night. The people I was playing with did get the prize wheel, so I know it's not depth-dependent, but I still wanted to report which depth it happened in.
Also, I want my 5 crowns. XD

had it not show up at all on d26 -> d27
Had it not show up for me on d26 to d27 (heading to Vanaduke) the other day. Mentioned it to the other players and they said they got a prize wheel. I think I submitted a /bug right when it happened, but I might not have as I didn't think of it as a big deal.
Hmm. a prevoius patch was supposed to fix this.
