a couple of days ago i had a party of three people and we defeated the jelly king, only one of my team received jelly gems for defeating him, and i was the leader who did the entire tier. the guy who did receive the gems didn't even do all of the tier. i filled a bug report about the issue but i didn't see anything on the bug report mail. i am hoping you can resolve this issue as i wanted to use the jelly gems and purposefully went on the jelly king run to get the gems. i am an honest knight and haven't just made this up to get jelly gems, i was honestly denied the gems even after defeating the king, it didn't come up in the chat to say i obtained the gems and my token count of the gems remained at 15, please could you help. great, and today i got the jelly gems after defeating him in the same gate as before and the whole tier, please could there be consistency!

Use the gear icon in the
Use the gear icon in the top-left of the game screen and pick "Support", then click on "Support Request" and fill in all the juicy details.

You should file an in-game support request along with your F2 bug report when this happens. The F2 reports go to the devs only, while the support requests go to GMs who can actually take specific action for your case.
