I was on Depth 24 going for the Dauntless Delver, when my luck (unsurprisingly) plummeted:

You can see the bullet fire stuck in mid air. I was suddenly stuck, shooting what seemed to be infinite bullets without reloading, however no projectiles came out. I tried all the buttons I could, and I could do nothing. The monsters also disappeared and reappeared in flashes, if that means anything. It was not lag because my connection was fine at the time, and I was still getting consistently hurt by the slimes as I was stuck. I was stuck until I was killed by the slimes, and so I lost my achievement on Depth 24, along with a good 200 CE and an hour of work because of this.

I've never seen this glitch before, and quite honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it was just plain bad luck. Time to make another run and hope it doesn't happen again. -_-

Has anyone else seen this?

Ouch, bad luck. I had something somewhat similar happen once a while back. My connection was fine but suddenly monsters were doing the lag thing where they slide off the edge of the map and become desynced/unkillable. It only happened to me the one time, though.

Hilariously it was in my first T3 dive. I was thinking "jeez, this tier is pretty messed up".

Well I managed to make it

Well I managed to make it through the second time, but there is another totally separate glitch. :/

I got both "Cradle an All" and "Dauntless Delver" in-game, however on Steam it only shows me having completed "Cradle and All" - with "Dauntless Delver" still locked. This makes no sense to me at all. This one might be a Steam issue, though?

Which is weird, because when I converted I was given all 54 of my Achievements at once... o_o

I suppose if worse comes to worse I may just have to create a new character and re-achieve it. That might be a bit expensive for one achievement, though...
