I was doing the sprite level for Vanaduke today, and when I went to the left side there were no monsters. All of them were insivible, even the sprites, and the wheel things, and the totems. They couldn't hurt me though. This was great until I had to clear all of them for some of the gates. Since I couldn't see them, I couldn't kill them. Then I invited a friend and I was attacked by one, but I still couldn't see it. Then they started appearing soon after, and it seemed to be fixed. I took some screenshots, but I'm not sure how to put them on here.

Doubtful
I was running around smoothly for a good amount of time. I wasn't "teleporting" anywhere or stepping into any fires. I did go to the right side to try and get one more sprite (that's all I needed). The last room left on that side was the rocket puppy room, and the slags appeared there.
Edit: This was before I invited my friend. After a few hits from the rockets, I decided not to do the room.
lag? if they didn't hurt you.. it's the only way to explain since they all apeared when you finally got attacked.
