I opened up the SK launcher, but I'm only getting the message "Multiple instances of this application's installer are running. This one will stop and let another one complete." with a "0% complete" stuck at the bottom... I'm not 100% sure what that means, but I've refreshed the page countless times and left the page open for many minutes on end, but nothing happens.
Help?
If you're running Windows, try opening the Task Manager and make sure there is no javaw.exe process running before you try to launch the game.
