There is no "best."
Just well-balanced.
Most have their own niches, but aren't bad in faring broad usability.
Any of the 5* gun that matchs a weakness of your current gate.
Other than elemental damage there really is not a good deal of choice.
The Current gates for tier 3 , point towards Piercing , so the Callahan and the ones before it. But that will most likely change. (well hopefully it will)
