Does anyone know why or how to fix it?
I was and did craft from them before. Now when I try, it just won't allow me to craft. It's maybe 1/2 of my items.

The usual problem is:
You have it equipped
or
You dont have all the mats, cr,or energy needed
since you said it's more than half your items it's most likely mats
