Unable to purchase CE with Kreds via Kong, cannot open support ticket

So I'm unable to buy CE with one of my alts on Kong, I'm trying to buy the 50 kred / 1600 CE pack, but clicking on the checkout button tells me to 'return to the kong page from which the game was launched'. Returning to the page does nothing, and there are no popups of any kind. Clicking on the button to open the forum, wiki, support ticket ect. does not work either.
