My friend have completed the Cradle and All and Dauntless Delver archievements and these were unlocked in game but not at Steam. The same trouble occurs with Fully Loaded archievement however this one is still locked in game (all the weapon and trinket slots are used). WTF? :)

Gear is already equipped to costume slots but it doesn't seem to help:(
Can you explain in details what should I do with these Steam archievements?

Go to the gear menu, support,
Go to the gear menu, support, find the option for "file a GM support request" or something like that, and fill out the form it presents you.
Did you remember to equip gear to costume slots?
Also, file a GM request for the steam achievements, they should be able to trigger them for you.
