Just had 16 jelly tokens went to the token trader in the bazaar and purchased a brute jelly helm. I clicked purchase it froze for a second. So i closed the shop menu and re-opened. My tokens are now down to 1. And i did not gain the brute jelly helm :(

File an F2 bug report in
File an F2 bug report in game, then file a GM support request asking for the bugged trade to be corrected. You should hopefully get a response within an hour or two of filing the GM support request.
Haha, you wont get anything. Why?
1st. Noone reads bug reports
2nd. They dont want you to actually get rich and they are perfectly happy when you loose stuff so you need to play/spent more to get it
3rd. They will give you UNIVERSAL SUPPORT answer "Sorry, we couldnt reproduce bug, you wont get refund"
Thats all, abandon the ship, no hope for anything.
